# Setup Device Threshold Water Meter
## Threshold Water Meter Device Setup Steps
### 1. Open Water Meter Usecase Menu
On the left navigation bar, click the usecase menu. Next click the water meter usecase page, then select the device that you want to set the thershold as shown below.
### 2. Set Threshold
On the device page click ‘Set Threshold’, then the Set Threshold pop up form will appear.
A pop up will appear as shown below. Select the parameter you want to set the threshold for.

You can only set thresholds for a maximum of 3 parameters

Complete the form by filling in the **parameters, minimum value, maximum value, threshold value**. Also label and change the colour for the upper and lower bounds of the threshold as shown below.

You can add a maximum of 3 threshold points

If it is appropriate then you can click ‘Save’ to save the threshold settings. If this process is successful, the result will look like the following image.
