Common Raspberry SSH Prerequisites

In this documentation, you will set up the Raspberry Pi board in a Headless manner. In other words, you will control the Raspberry Pi remotely using SSH (Secure Shell).

Before you start, make sure you have fulfilled the following conditions.

  1. Hardware Board Raspberry Pi, this board is a mini computer that has an operating system (OS) to receive data from various sensors and send the data to the Antares IoT Platform.

  2. SD Card. Make sure that the SD Card that will be installed on the Raspberry Pi has an operating system (OS) installed by following the tutorial below.

  1. Antares account, this account is used to access the Antares website, get an access key to send data to this platform. If you don't have an Antares account, you can register here by following the Antares Account Registration tutorial.

  2. PuTTY application, this application is used to connect your computer to the Raspberry Pi via SSH. You can download the PuTTY application via the following link. Install the PuTTY application after you download it.
